Parking

  • TWO Vehicles may park in REAR Lot. ALL GUESTS should park on street, across from the shopping center, or in the nearby residential neighborhoods (all parking is free, unrestricted and unmetered).

Host Rules & Procedures

We are excited to host you! When you arrive, one of our event staff will verbally explain all of the rules listed. He/she will also explain how to connect to the sound system, adjust the lighting, etc. Before you leave, follow the "Before You Leave Checklist" located by the Back Door to ensure you follow our close up procedures!

Please note the following:

  1. Your rental booking time is inclusive of setup & cleanup, so please budget your time accordingly!

  2. Everything you bring in must leave with you, and the space must be left in the condition in which it was found

  3. No glitter or confetti is allowed! If we find glitter / confetti in the space you will be charged a Confetti Fee of $50.

  4. No onsite cooking, grilling or frying is permitted. Drop off Catering only.

  5. “Popping Bottles” of Champagne or Spraying any liquid in the space is FORBIDDEN. Discovery of spray on walls, ceiling, etc. will incur an Illegal Celebration Fee of $85.

  6. Our provided Sonos Sound System is the only permissible sound system; it must be kept at a reasonable volume at all times and must be turned off at 10pm Weeknights / 11pm Weekends.

  7. Guests may not gather out front of the Venue, on the Sidewalk or congregate in the Back Parking Lot

  8. No Smoking of any kind/ No Candles / No Flame of any kind without written permission from owner (Birthday candles are OK & Chafing Dishes for keeping food warm are OK so long as they are placed on countertops (no chafing dishes allowed on the Wood Tables). Evidence of real candle use, wax spills on tables, or improper use of Sternos will incur an Illegal Candle Fee ($55) and any replacement / repair costs for damage.

  9. All trash must be bagged and placed in the Dumpster outside or in the Recycling bin for recyclables. Please turn off all lights. Front and back doors MUST be locked as you leave (follow instructions on Before You Leave Checklist by the Back Door). Thank you!
