Event Rules & Procedures

GENERAL RULES ———————————————————————————————————————————

Guests are responsible to return the venue back to the way it was prior to their event.

Your rental booking time is inclusive of setup & cleanup, so please budget your time accordingly!

Overtime Fee is x1.5 rate & will apply in 30 minute increments (unless otherwise specified).

Guests are responsible for acquiring event insurance prior to the start of the event. You can always use the website: theeventhelper.com

PROHIBITED 🚫  ———————————————————————————————————————————--

No outside alcohol. No glitter, confetti, sand, paint, fireworks, weapons. No illegal substances.

No fog machines, hazers, (or anything that could trigger the smoke detectors/fire alarms/ fire sprinklers systems. Only misters or water-based fog machines. ( when is doubt, please ask )

CANCELATION POLICY ❌ ——————————————————————————————————————-

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their booking within 30 days of the event but will only get refunded their $500 security deposit. The full booking fee will be forfeited and will not be returned in the event of cancellation within 30 days of the event. If guest has only paid their security deposit before canceling their event within 30 days then their security deposit will be forfeited.

SECURITY DEPOSIT 💰 ————————————————————————————————————————

To put a soft hold for a date, guests MUST pay a refundable $500 security deposit. Without this deposit, the date being inquired about will still be available for anyone to book. If there is no damages to the property from your event, then you will be refunded this $500 deposit in 48hrs of the end time of your event (due diligence period).
